Valantine joins WPP with over forty years of industry experience within the automotive, on-highway truck, construction, and power generation industries. Duane has spent 15 years within the Cat dealer network, holding a progression of roles starting as a technician on the shop floor, to shop foreman, rebuild supervisor, shop manager, regional manager, operations manager, and lastly serving as VP General Manager of the Power Systems Division.

An opportunity at Doggett John Deere brought Duane and his family to Texas in 2017, where he served as VP of Parts & Service covering seventeen locations from Pharr, Texas, to Covington, Louisiana.
